The TTSPORT OR6 Front Big Brake Kit is built for loaded Toyota Tundra (XK50) and Sequoia (XK60) builds — overland weight, larger tires, armor, winch, roof tent, towing, and long mountain descents. A forged 6-piston caliper, Ø355 mm × 32 mm one-piece high-carbon iron rotors, and stainless-steel braided lines deliver predictable pedal feel and the thermal headroom factory front brakes were never asked to provide.
A stock Tundra or Sequoia front system is sized for stock weight on stock tires. Add steel bumpers, a winch, drawers, a roof tent, long-range fuel and water, plus 33–35 in tires, and the front axle works harder on every stop. That extra mass and rotational inertia turns into heat, longer pedal travel, and fade on washboard descents and trail approaches. The OR6 front kit is engineered for that real-world load profile — not lap times.

Direct-Mount Series uses one-piece rotors and direct-mount calipers. Rotor Hats and Caliper Brackets are not included because they are not used on this OR6 application.
The OR6 kit requires 17 in or larger wheels with a minimum 91 mm spoke clearance. Many factory and aftermarket wheels fit, but verify clearance before ordering — especially low-profile wheels with deep spoke pockets.
