The TTSPORT PB6 is a Direct-Mount Series front big brake kit engineered for the Ford Bronco (U725) and Ford Bronco Raptor (U725). It pairs a 6-piston forged aluminum caliper with Ø340 mm × 34 mm internally vented one-piece high-carbon iron rotors, stainless-steel braided brake lines, and vehicle-specific fittings for stronger front-axle braking under larger tires, armor, trail use, towing, and repeated downhill braking.
The U725 Bronco platform is often modified with 35–37 in tires, steel bumpers, recovery gear, roof loads, and trail equipment. The PB6 adds front-axle piston area, rotor mass, and stainless-braided line response while keeping the installation vehicle-specific and direct-mount.
