The TTSPORT OR6 Front Big Brake Kit is built for loaded Toyota Tundra (XK70) and Sequoia (XK80) platforms running larger tires, armor, recovery gear, roof tents, and trailer weight. A 6-piston forged caliper, Ø345 mm × 34 mm one-piece high-carbon iron rotor, and PTFE/SUS304 braided lines deliver firmer pedal feel and more predictable control on long descents, washboard, and slow-speed technical terrain.
Added front clamping capacity for armor, winch, drawers, fuel, passengers, and trailer tongue weight.
6-piston layout with 40 mm × 4 and 43 mm × 2 pistons supports smooth pressure build on gravel, dirt, and low-traction surfaces.
Toyota Tundra (XK70) and Sequoia (XK80) use the OR6 Ø345 mm × 34 mm front rotor specification.
One-piece heat-insulated pistons with dust boots help resist fluid temperature rise during sustained braking.
Three-layer PTFE / SUS304 braided lines reduce expansion under load for a firmer pedal.
Vehicle-specific direct-mount configuration for Toyota Tundra XK70 and Sequoia XK80 front-axle applications.

For 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra (XK70) and 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia (XK80), the correct OR6 rotor specification is Ø345 mm × 34 mm. Do not use the older 335 mm or 355 mm rotor-option layout for this application.
2 × OR6 forged 6-piston front calipers, left/right specific.
Brake pads for both front calipers, rated 0–600 °C and intended for iron / steel rotors.
2 × one-piece front rotors, Ø345 mm × 34 mm, heat-treated high-carbon cast iron, internally vented and left/right specific.
2 × stainless-steel braided brake lines with PTFE inner liner, SUS304 braid, PVC protective outer sheath, and vehicle-specific fittings.
Vehicle-specific direct-mount hardware for Toyota Tundra XK70 / Sequoia XK80 front-axle installation.
Direct-Mount Series uses one-piece rotors and direct-mount calipers. Rotor Hats and Caliper Brackets are not included because they are not used on this OR6 application.
The OR6 kit requires 17 in or larger wheels with a minimum 91 mm spoke clearance. Some 17 in OE and aftermarket wheels do not meet this requirement — verify your wheel before purchase.
17 in or larger wheels are required.
Minimum spoke clearance: 91 mm. Check spoke shape, offset, spacer use, and inner barrel profile before ordering.
Application: 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra (XK70) and 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia (XK80), front axle, with Ø345 mm × 34 mm rotor specification.
Need help confirming wheel clearance or build spec for your Tundra or Sequoia? Send your wheel specs and use case before ordering.
Yes. This OR6 front kit is configured as a Direct-Mount application for 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra (XK70) and 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia (XK80). The correct rotor specification for both applications is Ø345 mm × 34 mm.
2022-2026 Toyota Tundra (XK70) and 2023-2026 Toyota Sequoia (XK80) use Ø345 mm × 34 mm one-piece front rotors in the OR6 Direct-Mount Series. Do not use the older 335 mm or 355 mm option layout for this application.
17 in is the minimum recommended wheel size, and the caliper requires at least 91 mm of spoke clearance. Some 17 in OE and aftermarket wheels do not meet this requirement, so wheel clearance must be verified before purchase.
No. This is a Direct-Mount Series OR6 application with one-piece rotors and direct-mount calipers. Rotor Hats and Caliper Brackets are not used on this configuration.
Yes. The kit includes three-layer PTFE / SUS304 stainless-steel braided brake lines with a PVC protective outer sheath. Caliper-side and chassis-side fittings are vehicle-specific.
Yes. A proper bed-in cycle is required to transfer pad material evenly to the rotor face. Skipping this step can cause uneven deposits, vibration, and reduced thermal performance.
