Two-piece forged aluminum body with staggered 40 mm and 44 mm pistons. Staggered bore sizing supports even pad loading and reduces taper wear over long stop sequences.
Two-piece pistons with dust boots reduce heat transfer into the brake fluid, helping protect pedal feel during aggressive or repeated braking.
Ø355 mm or Ø380 mm × 32 mm internally vented rotors on CNC-machined aluminum hats. More mass and venting area than typical factory front rotors for greater thermal capacity.
Choose heat-treated high-carbon cast iron rotors for street performance, or carbon-ceramic rotors for reduced unsprung mass and higher thermal ceiling.

Friction coefficient varies with temperature, line pressure, and rotor condition. Pad and rotor materials must match — never run iron-spec pads on carbon-ceramic rotors or vice versa.
2 × EB4 forged 4-piston front calipers
1 set of front brake pads matched to selected rotor material
2 × Two-piece front rotors (Ø355 or Ø380 mm × 32 mm)
2 × CNC carbon-steel caliper mounting brackets
2 × CNC aluminum rotor hats
Stainless-steel braided brake lines with vehicle-specific fittings
Mounting hardware and bedding-in instructions are included.
Always verify spoke, barrel, and face clearance against your specific wheel before purchase. A clearance template is available on request.
18 in wheels or larger are recommended.
Minimum spoke clearance: 99 mm.
The EB4 is a platform-adapted big brake kit. Caliper brackets, rotor hats, and brake-line fittings are built per vehicle application.
Wheel barrel and face shape also matter — verify with a clearance template before installing.

18 in wheels or larger are recommended, with at least 99 mm spoke clearance. Wheel barrel and face shape also matter — verify with a clearance template before installing.
355 mm offers a strong upgrade over most factory front brakes with lower rotational mass. 380 mm gives more thermal capacity and torque for heavier vehicles or harder use, when wheel clearance allows.
Heat-treated high-carbon iron rotors are the right choice for most street and spirited driving. Carbon-ceramic reduces unsprung mass and raises the thermal ceiling, but costs more and requires matching CCB-specific pads.
Yes. Bedding-in is required to lay an even friction transfer layer onto the rotor. Skipping it causes uneven deposits, judder, and reduced bite.
Yes. Every kit ships with stainless-steel braided lines, CNC aluminum rotor hats, and CNC carbon-steel caliper brackets matched to your vehicle.
