The EB10 is built for front-axle applications that demand very high brake torque, stable pedal feel, and repeatable heat management. A two-piece forged 10-piston caliper drives a long pad against a 420 or 440 mm two-piece rotor, delivering controlled initial bite, linear modulation, and consistent stopping confidence lap after lap or stop after stop on the street.
Differential bores — 4× 28 mm leading, 6× 30 mm trailing — equalize pad pressure across a long pad. The result is even wear, predictable bite, and pedal feel that stays linear as temperature climbs.
Forged construction resists caliper flex under high line pressure, which protects pedal travel and modulation. High-temperature gloss coating handles repeated heat cycles without losing finish.
Two-piece heat-insulated pistons with dust boots reduce heat transfer from pad to fluid, helping fight pad fade and fluid boil during sustained or repeated hard braking.
Ø420 or Ø440 mm × 40 mm internally vented rotors in heat-treated high-carbon iron or carbon-ceramic composite. Directional left/right design improves cooling airflow at speed.

Important: The EB10 is a platform-adapted big brake kit. Caliper bracket availability depends on the application. Contact us with full vehicle and wheel details to confirm fitment.
Minimum wheel size: 20 in or larger.
Minimum spoke clearance: 108 mm (inner-rotor-to-inner-spoke distance).
Spoke geometry, offset, and barrel shape vary widely between wheel models — a printed clearance template or trial fit is strongly recommended before final purchase.
The 10-piston layout (4× 28 mm + 6× 30 mm) spreads clamping force across a long pad, which evens out pad pressure, reduces taper wear, and supports controlled initial bite that stays linear as rotor temperature climbs. Total piston area is 67.0 cm² per caliper.
Two-piece rotors are offered in Ø420 mm × 40 mm and Ø440 mm × 40 mm, in heat-treated high-carbon cast iron or carbon-ceramic composite (CCB). Iron rotors come in curved slot, grain slot, wave slot, or drilled-and-slotted face patterns. CCB rotors are cross-drilled and floating.
Minimum 20-inch wheels are recommended, and the inner-rotor-to-inner-spoke distance must be at least 108 mm. Wheel offset, spoke geometry, and barrel shape vary, so we strongly recommend a clearance check or template fitment before ordering.
The EB10 is a platform-adapted big brake kit. Caliper brackets are CNC-machined to suit the application, and brake lines use OEM-style chassis-side fittings. Contact us with your vehicle year, make, model, trim, and wheel specs so we can confirm fitment and bracket availability.
Iron-rotor pads operate from 0–600 °C with an average μ of 0.38. Carbon-ceramic pads operate from 0–700 °C with an average μ of 0.45 and are only compatible with CCB rotors. Pads and rotors are not cross-compatible between materials.
Yes. A proper bed-in cycle is required to transfer pad material evenly onto the rotor face, stabilize the friction layer, and unlock full torque and thermal performance. Skipping bed-in can cause judder, glazing, and inconsistent pedal feel.
Send us your vehicle, wheel specs, and intended use. We'll confirm bracket availability, recommend rotor size and pad compound, and walk through caliper color and rotor face options.
