The TR65 is a front-axle racing big brake kit built for circuit, time attack, drift, rally, and endurance use. A monoblock forged 6-piston caliper, two-piece floating rotors, race pad options, and braided lines give builders a rigid foundation to engineer around the car's brake balance, wheel package, and intended pad window.
The TR65 is built for competition cars that need stable front brake torque, repeatable pedal feel, and serviceable hardware across circuit, drift, rally, time attack, and endurance use. Rotor diameter, pad compound, line fittings, and bracket geometry are matched to the vehicle, wheel package, and use case before the kit ships.
Single-piece forged aluminum body resists flex under sustained high line pressure, keeping pad knock-back and pedal travel predictable lap after lap.
27 / 32 / 38 mm pistons distribute clamp load evenly across the pad face for consistent wear, stable μ, and clean release off the pedal.
Heat-treated high-carbon iron friction rings on aluminum hats. Replaceable rings cut long-term running cost on heavy track programs.
Standard Track Pad runs 0–600 °C with μ ≈ 0.38; Racing Pad Option B runs 0–750 °C with μ ≈ 0.45.
Rotor diameter, pad compound, line fittings, and bracket geometry are matched to the vehicle, wheel, and use case before the kit ships.
Racing pistons without dust boots require regular inspection, cleaning, and seal service for track, drift, rally, and closed-course use.

Larger rotor diameter increases torque and thermal mass but requires sufficient wheel clearance. Confirm wheel spoke geometry before selecting Ø378 or Ø390 mm. μ varies with temperature, line pressure, and rotor condition.
2 × TR65 front monoblock forged 6-piston calipers with nickel-plated finish.
Brake pads for both front calipers, selected from Standard Track Pad 0–600 °C or Racing Pad Option B 0–750 °C compound.
2 × two-piece internally vented front rotors, selected from Ø355 / 378 / 390 mm × 36 mm, left/right specific.
Vehicle-specific radial-mount caliper brackets for correct front caliper position and alignment.
Application-specific alloy rotor hats matched to front hub location and rotor offset.
Three-layer stainless-steel braided front brake lines with PTFE inner liner, SUS304 stainless braid, and PVC protective sheath.
Every TR65 front racing system is engineered around the vehicle’s front knuckle, hub location, rotor hat offset, wheel barrel, spoke clearance, brake line routing, front brake bias target, rear brake pairing, wheel package, tire package, and intended motorsport use. The goal is not a generic universal fit; the goal is a front brake package that works with your chassis geometry and gives the driver repeatable pedal behavior under sustained track, drift, rally, or endurance use.
We review the chassis, front suspension and knuckle setup, wheel size, wheel offset, tire package, intended use, rear brake pairing, pad window, competition use, and whether the car uses OEM or custom front uprights.
For OEM knuckles, provide vehicle, year, hub spec, wheel data, and intended use. For custom uprights, motorsport hub conversions, or non-OE rotor offsets, provide CAD files, drawings, hub-face data, rotor mounting dimensions, or accurate bracket mounting-point measurements.
TTSPORT confirms rotor diameter, bracket geometry, rotor hat offset, brake-line fittings, pad compound, wheel clearance, and bedding requirements before production begins.
If you are unsure whether your wheel, front knuckle, rotor offset, rear brake pairing, pad window, or brake line routing is suitable, Contact us before ordering so the engineering team can review the build details.
The TR65 is a competition-focused front BBK with race pistons and no dust boots. It is intended for track, drift, rally, and closed-course use. Street use is at the owner's discretion and requires accepting more frequent service.
Pick the largest diameter your wheel clears. Bigger rotors add torque and thermal mass for long sessions and heavy cars; 355 mm suits lighter cars or tighter wheel packages.
The standard pad runs 0–600 °C with μ ≈ 0.38 — a good window for club track and time attack. The racing pad runs 0–750 °C with μ ≈ 0.45 — more bite and heat capacity for endurance and heavy braking zones.
18 in or larger. Final clearance depends on wheel spoke profile and offset, especially with the 378 and 390 mm rotors. Send a wheel spec or template before ordering.
Yes. Both the standard and racing rotors are left/right specific to optimize vane pumping and cooling airflow. Install per the marked side.
Provide vehicle, year, hub spec, and wheel data. TTSPORT builds the bracket geometry and brake-line fittings around your car. Contact the team with your build details to start.
Tell us the car, the wheel, and how you'll use it. TTSPORT will confirm rotor size, bracket geometry, pad compound, rotor hat offset, and line fittings before the kit ships.
