Sebastien Agelet's De Mena ("by nature") produces one of our most popular reds, Arc En Ciel, a long time favourite at HB&B. He makes his wonderful natural wines in Hautes Corbières, a region in the Roussillon where it is hot and dry but strong winds from the Pyrenees help retain freshness and acidity in the grapes.

This delicate orange wine is dedicated to the wild boars (singla) that roam the vineyards. Organic Muscat grapes were harvested by hand, then fermented with indigenous yeasts and macerated with the skins for several days, to gain structure and aromatic intensity. Notes of jasmine nestle alongside peach and apricot. No filtration, fining or added sulphur.
