Originally they were known as the Crimson Sabres, a Loyalist Space Marine Chapter that may have belonged to the mysterious 13th Founding, also known as the "Dark Founding," which occurred sometime between the 35th and 36th Millennia.

Chaos Space Marines, also sometimes called Traitor Marines, Renegade Marines, or Heretic Astartes, are former Space Marines of the Imperium of Man who have chosen to abandon the service of the Emperor of Mankind and dedicate themselves to Chaos to achieve their own ends.

My gastroenterologist told me to take Benefiber, specifically, every day. I looked at a bunch of different kinds within the brand, and settled on this one because it seemed to have fewer ingredients I didn’t want. You should definitely start small and slowly increase to what is prescribed to you. It makes the process easier and more pleasant. My digestion seems to be better, and I no longer have constipation, just normal, average, healthy stool. They are an expense at the amount my doctor has me on, but they’re worth every penny to not have the awful pain and nausea I had before I started taking them. Highly recommend.
