This 40-hectare family estate in Foggia, Puglia, comprises 12 hectares of vines and also produces a large range of organic vegetables and preserves. The winery's Mediterranean climate is very influenced by the sea and by the proximity of the Margherita di Savoia salt pans. There is a very windy strong influence from the Adriatic.

Here, organic Primitivo grapes have been gently pressed, with short maceration and ferment, then vinified and aged in steel tanks. It's both fresh and surprisingly ripe at the same time, with some earthy tones. it has a classic bouquet of dried plum and fruit preserves. The palate is crisp and appealing, with supple tannins well integrated with the alcohol, and the lengthy finish is scented with red berryfruit.
