Our recipe contains nine different fresh herbs and vegetables that offer a highly nutritious boost of nutrients and life force to your favourite foods. The Broth Sisters Vegetable Stock Concentrate is a versatile product with a classic taste that provides an instant hit of flavourful goodness to any type of cuisine .
Simply add 1 tsp to 250 mL of hot water for a full flavoured stock or add a few tsps directly to your favourite casseroles, stir-fries and sauces. You may also like to use it in soups, veggie stews, risottos or when preparing grains.
Suitable for most on a LOW FODMAP diet as it contains no onion or garlic. Used as a replacement to supermarket stocks, this may assist with the reduction of digestive disorders including symptoms like gas. bloating and stomach cramps.
