But Termanology made the best of it and spent most of the year working with the likes of Statik Selektah on their group 1982’s album The Quarantine, a new mixtape 50 Bodies 6, and producing two projects for up and coming rapper UFO Fev and R&B singer Mia Jae. Now in 2021, Termanology continues to build his legacy with his new project GOYA 3. Produced entirely by Shortfyuz, this release is the third installment in the series from the MC+producer combo, following up 2013’s GOYA (also released on Brick Records) and the 2014 self-release Mas GOYA.

"I love the vibe on this new album, because Shotfyuz and I have created a sound together with the "GOYA" brand, combining hard-core punchline rap with underground boom-bap beats, but it is mixed with a heavy Latin influence which sounds different than any of my other projects".

With over 40 Projects under his belt since his debut mixtape Hood Politics in 2003, Term continues to stay hungry on GOYA 3, sharing the booth with some of the dopest new lyricists in the game, including NEMS, UFO FEV, ROME STREETZ, JAY ROYALE, ETO, CRIMEAPPLE, NYMLO, OUN P and more, while veterans like LIL FAME of M.O.P., TEK of SMIF-N-WESSUN, CASSIDY, PLANET ASIA, ST. DA SQUAD and TONY TOUCH also make appearances.

GOYA 3 is packed with dope rhymes and powerful production all the way through.

Tropes include: Only one bed at the inn/bar Dissatisfaction with life before hunk appears Lost royalty The chosen one Montage of dress up time followed by shocked hunk Forbidden romance between two from rival peoples Power that cannot be controlled, simply guided/asked Gathering intel at the inn/bar FMC who knows how to fight/use weapons well There’s probably more but no need to list them all. Good story and I would recommend!

The plot is involved without being convoluted, so it’s a fun and entertaining read while still being interesting. All the stars, and can’t wait to read the next book.

The tension between the FMC - Addi and the MMCs - Raiden, Cassian, Kryll and Brody was high, I didn't know if it would be Addi to break or one of the four men. The Kingdom of Floodborn is in ruins. The origins, Fae, Humans, Shifters, Mages, Wolves and Vampires come to Heir Academy to see if they have the will, strength and capability to become the next savior for the kingdom. This is the first book I've read from K.C. Kean and I'm left feeling, WTF!! It was a great read and I couldn't get enough. I will be diving into the second book of this series, I can't wrap what I just finished, I need to know more!

Yeah, this book is definitely the start of something special. I'm really pumped for this new world that K.C. Kean has created. The plot is really intriguing and so are the characters. I became so immersed in this world filled with vampires, mages, fae, shifters, and wolves. The female main character, Addi, is a contender in an academy filled with different supernaturals competing to become the new heir of a kingdom that has fallen apart. She deals with so much push back from most because of who she is and is constantly on the defense. She is such a badass and I loved every one of her mantras to herself. As far as the romance, it's steamy, it's hot, it's a slow burn, yet it's not. Yep, that's how I'm describing it. These men are dark, humorous, and addictive. They definitely have an air of mystery surrounding them and I just want to know more!  I saw part of that cliffhanger coming but it still slapped me in the face. 😆 I live for amazing cliffhangers though and we don't have to wait long until book two because it releases June 28th!!! 🖤
