The TOTO T40 WASHLET+ UltraMax II 1G Two-Piece Elongated 1.0 GPF Toilet and Contemporary Auto Flush WASHLET S7A Bidet Seat is designed to conceal the WASHLET power cord and water supply hose for a seamless installation. The WASHLET S7A features TOTO's technologically advanced EWATER+ system that mists the wand and toilet bowl, reducing the need for harsh cleaning chemicals. PREMIST wets the surface of the toilet bowl, aiding in the removal of waste and resulting in a better clean. The TOTO WASHLET S7A is fully automated, including an illuminated remote control with 5 spray settings, auto open and close lid, heated seat, and instantaneous water heating. The UltraMax II 1G features TOTOs TORNADO FLUSH, a hole-free rim design with dual-nozzles that creates a centrifugal washing action that assists in rinsing the bowl more efficiently. TOTO's industry leading 1G technology offers a powerful flush that flushes completely and fully with only one gallon of water. This version of the TOTO UltraMax II 1G includes CEFIONTECT, a layer of ceramic glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to ceramic surfaces. This feature, coupled with the WASHLET PREMIST and TORNADO FLUSH, assists to reduce the frequency of toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning. The new auto flush kit provides a hands-free automatic flush after every use. No need to touch buttons or handles, and never worry about someone forgetting to flush. The TOTO UltraMax II 1G is designed in TOTOs Universal Height, which allows for a more comfortable seat position across a wide range of users. This WASHLET+ includes the WASHLET with water supply adapter, UltraMax II bowl and tank set with hardware, and toilet bolt caps. Compatible with T40 WASHLET+ toilet bowl components only. The UltraMax II may be adapted for 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold rough-in. Additional items needed for installation must be purchased separately: wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, and toilet water supply lines.
