Borla(r) Performance offers a quad-exit Cat-Back(tm) exhaust for the venerable 2008-2014 Subaru WRX STI. This race-inspired system (PN140312) checks all the boxes on every Subaru enthusiasts hit list, taking this flagship to an even higher realm, of performance. For starters, Borla(r) engineers upgraded the Stir's exhaust plumbing from 2.5" to 3" in diameter. The resulting increased airflow through the turbocharged powerplant provides horsepower gains of 7% - 10%. Hardcore enthusiasts who add Stage 1 or 2 chip upgrades will find this boost to the Stir's lung capacity vital to unlocking the ECU's full potential. Drivers negotiating terrain from rally course jumps to shopping mall speedbumps will appreciate how Borla(r)'s R&D fabricators found room to tuck the system muffler higher than the OE exhaust, providing a 1.75" clearance gain. This additional room also enhances rear-section aerodynamics and improves appearance by reducing clutter. Besides being higher, it's lighter. Thanks to Borla(r)'s patented straight-through design that eliminates power-robbing baffles and chambers, the STI sheds approximately 8 lbs., making it a bit leaner meaner in a class where every bit counts. True to form, the exhaust amplifies and enhances the Stir's distinctive rumbling gurgle with the rich bass of Borla(r)'s trademark sound of power. Combined with high-quality T-304 stainless steel construction and double-walled rolled-edge polished T-304 stainless steel tips, drivers get the sound and looks they expect from the world's most winning exhaust. Borla(r), the original pioneers of high-quality stainless steel free-flow exhaust, utilizes patented award and race winning technology to deliver quality, sound, and performance gains. All with an easy bolt-on installation, and backed by a solid Million-Mile Warranty on all street systems.

Easy install
Just installed in our bathroom. Feels solid. We have a potted plant on it now. You will want a drill bit extender to clear the shelf. I use the flexible type. Otherwise you won’t be able to get the screws in at a 90 degree angle.

Very nice, well made.
The nine-inch oak shelf is well made, and is 45 degrees. The wall where I planned to install it was not, and I suspect this is the problem some of the reviews saying the shelf was not made at 45 degrees. In my case, we removed wood a bit at a time until we achieved a good fit. We did receive all of the hardware, but beware. The plastic straight insert anchors do not snug up with the supplied screws. However we used the supplied plastic toggles with better results. The hardware is why I rate this 4 stars. Otherwise, it is a nice piece, and well worth the price.

Pieces missing, poor instructions, would not buy again!
Let's start with the good news: I did, eventually, get the shelves hung after a trip to the hardware store and some trial and error. Now for the bad news: * One of the screws holding the brace to the shelf was missing, making the shelf wobbly before I even hung it. * The directions for hanging the shelves show a different anchor than the one that comes packaged with them. This anchor will ONLY work in sturdy drywall and it's going to leave a huge hole behind. * The directions tell you to flip the shelf upside-down to position and mark the screw holes, BUT that means the sides of the shelf are reversed, and the hole positions do not match on each side. So if you start hammering or drilling based on those marks, they don't align and now you have extra holes in your wall. Honestly, I regret buying these and wish I'd just chosen a free-standing shelf instead. But I made it work for me, so I guess there's that.
