The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is a 2 in. diameter, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2 1/4 in. of 1 in.-14 right hand threads on the shank, and a 1.750 in. mounting width ball with a .500 in. thru bolt hole. The amount of stupid and cute these dogs look like when they shake this ball and smack their own faces! It took a hot second for either dog to understand where to bite on the ball, but now that they do, they both will play with it for a while. Great purchase, came with a pump to blow the ball up.

Wonderful

Just bought my second one for my German shepherd. 1st one I bought a year ago. She managed to pop it within a few days. She still was able to play with it by grabbing ahold of the straps. Takes it everywhere. We call it her tether ball. Should've seen her when we got the new one out of the box. Hasn't left it alone since.

Keeps him busy. Puppy proof
