PRODUCT USAGE
PRE-WORKOUT
Drink 1 x 50ml FiXX Coffee SHOT 1-5 minutes before exercise.
MID-WORKOUT
Drink entire 50mL Coffee Shot mid workout OR if exercising for a long duration, drink half of 1 Coffee Shot mid-way and the rest before finishing.
RECOVER – WORK – PLAY – CAR – TRAVEL & FOCUS
Drink entire 50mL FiXX Coffee Shot whenever you need a pick-me-up or coffee on the go! No milk or water required but can be added if preferred.
Maximum daily intake 2.5 x FiXX Coffee SHOTS. Maintain usual hydration & energy
