Directions
Cook lentils before consumption. Rinse and pick over lentils. Place in a pot with plenty of cold water, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until tender. Drain and use as desired. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
