Night of the Bogeymen is rated as the easiest of the three scenarios. In this game you are trying to beat some bogeymen who are giving a little boy nightmares so he can go back to a peaceful sleep. However, you must do this without waking him up.
Scheherazade’s Last Tale takes place in an Arabian Nights setting. You must help Scheherazade as she has run out of tales to tell the Sultan on the final night. She has asked a scribe to help her but he has disappeared. You have to find the scribe to help her tell her last story.
In Expedition: Challenger, you take on the roll of a PI. You must help a woman find her missing friend who set off on an expedition with Professor Challenger, but has not returned. Can you find her friend in time?
Each adventure comes as a separate deck of cards. At the start of the adventure the top card which will reveal some clues to get you going. It is then up to you to solve the scenario, whether by combining objects on different cards, or solving puzzles to make a machine work. The solutions are numbers which will lead you to other cards. If you are correct you will unlock new cards. If you are wrong you may get landed with a time penalty. To add tension, the app sets a timer of an hour for you to complete the mystery. You can continue if you have not solved the scenario within the hour but this adds an escape room feel.
