All-in-one starter set! Ideaal voor de beginnende modelbouwer! 

De veelzijdige Amerikaanse Curtiss Tomahawk P40 en de verschillende varianten voerden tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog acties uit in Europa, Azië en Noord-Afrika. 

Het toestel, waarvan de P40B als eerste in dienst was gesteld, blonk uit als een effectieve en stevig gepantserde jager op lage hoogtes. Dit bracht bescherming tegen inkomend vuur en vergrootte de kans op een veilige terugkeer van de vliegers op missie. 

De Curtiss Tomahawk was uitgerust met 4x 30cal Browning machinegeweren en 2x 50cal Browning machinegeweren.

Vlieger Neville Duke  vloog in het model van deze modelbouwset als onderdeel van No.112 Squadron, Fort Maddalena, Libië, 1941.

Even my boyfriend keeps commenting how much he likes it. It's a usable piece of art! I will comment that the earring holes can be a little tricky since the leaves are turned all different ways. You have to be strategic with how you line up your long/dangle-y earrings with your studs so everybody fits and can be seen. A little tricky. But not a deal breaker - especially when it's so easy on the eye. The other slight negative is that this really isn't the best necklace holder. I would have thought, "No problem!" But it's a bit awkward. Especially if you actually intend to see all your earrings. You'll end up hanging most of your necklaces from the top most branch - but they slide down into the crevice to stay. Then you've got a lot of overlapping. And trickiness to retrieve the exact necklace you want with ease. However, this is still a fabulous earring tree. I can't say enough good things about it. Love the little basket for miscellaneous. Hair bands, lip gloss, etc.
