Zelf probeer ik elk jaar om een Tulsi-plant te laten groeien. Het is een super moeilijke plant om in Nederland te laten groeien, maar als hij het doet, zorgt hij volgens de Veda’s voor een goede spirituele energie in je huis.

Gebruik:-

Een kwart tot een halve theelepel met warm water, een- of tweemaal daags, of zoals voorgeschreven door jouw Ayurvedische zorgverlener.
