RECEPT voor 1 Broblanc Brood:

  • Begin met de volgende ingrediënten:
    • 500 g Broblanc broodmix
    • 20 g olie
    • 40 g verse gist
    • 450 ml (4,5 dl) water
  • Indien je een keukenrobot gebruikt:
    • Kneed het deeg 2 minuten op een lage snelheid.
    • Verhoog vervolgens de snelheid en kneed nog 5 minuten.
  • Indien je met de hand kneedt:
    • Doe de Broblanc broodmix in een kom en maak een kuiltje in het midden.
    • Los de gist op in een beetje water en giet dit in het kuiltje.
    • Voeg ook de olie toe.
    • Voeg geleidelijk de rest van het water toe, terwijl je kneedt, tot je een egaal deeg met de gewenste consistentie hebt.
  • Laat het deeg 45 minuten rijzen bij een kamertemperatuur van 25° à 27°C.
  • Verwarm de oven voor op 180°C.
  • Bak het brood in de voorverwarmde oven gedurende 45 minuten.

Bereiding: Recept voor 1 brood:

Meng 500 g broblanc met 20 g olie, 40 g verse gist en 4,5 dl water.  Kneed in de keukenrobot 2 minuten langzaam en 5 minuten op hoge snelheid. Of met de hand , je maakt een kuiltje in de bloem, hierin de opgeloste gist , e olie en beetje bij beetje water toevoegen tot de gewenste dikte.  Laat 45 minuten rijzen bij een kamertemperatuur van 25° à 27° C. Zet de oven op 180° C. Bak het brood gedurende 45 minuten. 

Préparation: Recette pour 1 pain: mélanger 500 g de broblanc avec 20 g d'huile, 40 g de levure fraîche et 4,5 dl d'eau.  Pétrir au robot culinaire pendant 2 minutes à basse vitesse et 5 minutes à haute vitesse. Ou à la main, vous faites un puits dans la farine, ajoutez la levure dissoute, l'huile et l'eau petit à petit jusqu'à l'épaisseur désirée. Laisser lever 45 minutes à une température ambiante de 25° à 27°C. Régler le four à 180°C. Cuire le pain pendant 45 minutes.

Oder Sie machen mit der Hand eine Mulde in das Mehl und fügen die aufgelöste Hefe, das Öl und das Wasser nach und nach hinzu, bis die gewünschte Dicke erreicht ist. 45 Minuten bei einer Raumtemperatur von 25° bis 27° C gehen lassen. Stellen Sie den Backofen auf 180° C ein. Backen Sie das Brot 45 Minuten lang.

Preparation: Recipe for 1 loaf: mix 500 g broblanc with 20 g oil, 40 g fresh yeast and 4.5 dl water.  Knead in the food processor for 2 minutes at low speed and 5 minutes at high speed. Or by hand, you make a well in the flour, add the dissolved yeast, the oil and water little by little to the desired thickness. Let rise for 45 minutes at a room temperature of 25° to 27° C. Set the oven to 180° C. Bake the bread for 45 minutes.

This is seen most in his correct interpretation of the identity of the sons of God in Gen 6 and the identity of Satan in Is 14 and Ez 28 etc. which were long abandoned and scorned by the academy. All 60 articles are well written with clarity and brevity!

Read all of his books, you won't be dissapointed.

I love Dr. Heiser books, but I wanted to step back from the spiritual realm and reconnect with scripture again. This book is light, easy to read, and like all his content, so eye opening. I am alway slapping myself in the forehead and wondering how I didn't know or notice things. "I Dare You Not to Bore Me With the Bible" is another of his books that I'm reading simultaneously. If you want to go deeper in Bible Study, this is the book. It's helped me forgive a lot of the Bible "hangups" I have that were very cultural or significant for reasons I missed. Get those 2 books (this and the one I mention above), and then when you're ready to really have your understanding of G-d and the Bible blown out of the water, move on to Unseen Realm, Reversing Hermon, Supernatural, and all of the others. If you desire to understand the Bible, and not just show up on Sunday, read everything by Dr. Michael Heiser, his website is a great resource too. So grateful for the work he does.

For those of us who want to contextualize the gospel in pagan contexts, Dr. Michael S. Heiser helps us get beyond our own cultural context to the ancient cultural context of the Bible itself.
