Ondanks dat de aar van de Phleum pratensis grof en hard aanvoelt heeft de aar voor het gezicht een soort veloursachtige uitstraling. Phleum pratensis kan goed geverfd worden in mooie kleuren waarbij de veloursachtige uitstraling behouden blijft.
Deze Phleum pratensis heeft een mooie licht blauwe kleur.
Droogbloemen zijn een natuurproduct en kunnen iets afwijken van de getoonde gedroogde bloemen op de foto. Afhankelijk van de oogst kunnen de droogbloemen zowel iets meer volume hebben of iets minder dan de getoonde foto van de bos droogbloemen omdat niet iedere bos droogbloemen uniform aan de andere bos droogbloemen is.
