Wilt u van de rode beuk een leivorm maken? De Fagus Sylvatica 'Atropurpurea' is vers voor u voorgeleid op een bamboe 'hoogstam' leischerm. Dit noemen wij een volwaardige leiboom op hoge stam. Van oorsprong werden leibomen gebruikt door boeren om kruisbestuiving tegen te gaan en om insecten mee op te vangen. Tegenwoordig worden leibomen aangeplant om privacy te creëren. Er zijn verschillende boomsoorten geschikt om te kweken als leivorm, zoals deze beuk met donkerrood bijna donkerpaars blad.

Deze chique rode leibeuk is het hele jaar bladhoudend, dus geeft privacy in uw tuin/woning, wel wordt het blad in de winter bruin van kleur.

Deze rode leibeuk is het hele jaar bladhoudend. Wel verkleurt het blad in de winter bruin. Wij kunnen deze reeds zeer volgroeide A-keuze rode leibeuk Fagus Sylvatica 'Atropurpurea' bij u bezorgen met ronde palen en bemesting waar u ook woont in Nederland of België.

Aanplanting van de Rode Leibeuk leivorm

Bepaal als eerste de plaats van uw nieuwe leibomen. Zet de bomen uit, zonder deze direct aan te planten. Graag vervolgens een ruim gat (ongeveer twee keer zo groot als de kluit). Verwijder de pot en zet uw leibeuk in het gat. Plaats uw leibeuk op een manier dat de kluit en de grond op gelijke hoogte zijn. Vul het aanplantgat met onze DCM bio aanplantgrond en stamp het geheel even goed aan. Geef de eerste 2 weken om de dag een ruime hoeveelheid water om ervoor te zorgen dat uw leiboom aansluit.

Begeleiden van uw leibeuk

Relatief is het scherm erg zwaar. Daarom zult u de stam / boom moeten verstevigen door middel van boompalen. Plaats tussen leibomen 5 meter lange rondhouten palen van 12 cm dikte. Plaats deze 1 meter in de grond in een rechte lijn. Verbind de palen met 4 staaldraden ter hoogte van de horizontale takken. Maten en vormen rode leibeuk op hoge stam

De prijs wordt grotendeels bepaald door de stamdikte, dit is de stamdiameter, dus NIET DE stamomtrek. Hoe ouder de boom, hoe groter de omtrek, hoe volgroeider het rek. Wij leveren uitsluitend A-keuze leibeuken die al zeer volgroeid zijn. Tevens leveren wij in grote pot, zodat de kans op aanslaan in uw tuin groot is.

Ook te combineren met een lage onderhaag van de rode beuk of bijvoorbeeld taxus baccata. 

Leirek in diverse maten

Het leirek leveren wij in diverse maten, dit verschilt per soort. U kunt kiezen voor een 120x140 (Lengte x Hoogte) bamboe rek of voor een 150x125 (lengte x Hoogte) bamboe rek. Leuk om te weten

De bladeren van deze beuk wordt in de winter bruin, maar ze vallen niet van de boom af. Zo heeft u in de winter ook privacy in uw tuin.

Deze rode leibomen worden geleverd in pot en kunnen dus het hele jaar rond aangeplant worden. Let op, in verband met het hoge gewicht en grote formaat worden deze leibomen met een speciale vrachtwagen bezorgd.

This is FABULOUS. So much better than anything else out there it's amazing. I will never buy anything else again. The meat is so tender, sliced thinly or made into a delicious stick. I have tried every "natural" "organic" jerky I could find. I was ready to give up on jerky, even though it can, in theory, provide such a great hit of protein on the go. It's obvious Ayoba-Yo uses the best ingredients available. They don't have to cover them up with a lot of salt and things that taste weird. The others, even the ones that say they're natural, are still loaded with salt, full of gristle, obviously sub-standard meats were used in the other guys products. This is a product I want to see around for a long time, so I want to support them anyway I can. What they're doing matters to those of us trying to stay healthy. Some consistency problems but excellent biltong

I really enjoy beef jerky but drying meat on a cross grain cut results in subpar product. Biltong is dried in larger pieces, then cut into thin strips against the grain. This results in much more consistent slices and a much more tender snack than beef jerky. I've ordered several packages of this now and they are mostly great. The first was just about perfect, only a handful of slices were much wider or narrower with very few fines. Other packages have had more inconsistencies including more fine bits and one package that was less lean and didn't seem dried quite as well. It was still perfectly edible but the texture was less pleasing. That's a relative comparison because it was still very good. That single package was a 3.5 star while others were 5.

I don't know what it's supposed to be like
I have never had Biltong so I have no idea how this compares to others. I was pretty excited about it because it claims to be a tender beef snack, better than jerky. In my experience though, there were a couple things I should note. It's not that tender. It's not super chewy like some very dry jerky is but it's sort of like a very thick paper. I think it would be a really good texture if it were more tender but as-is, I don't know if people purely prefer it or if it's sort of a traditional thing that has a texture they try to nail. It's not big on flavor. Clearly it is spiced for flavor to a degree but it's very muted. Regarding heat, I have a lot of spicy food so maybe people that don't would think otherwise but, to me, calling it spicy is a huge overstatement. I need to try other biltong because it's entirely possible that this is a prime example and I just don't know it, but if it is I can't say I'm a big fan.
