De twee elastische zijkanten met hersluitbare plakstrips (één aan elke zijde) van MoliCare® Premium Elastic bieden voordelen voor de patiënt en voor de verzorgende. Voor de patiënt is MoliCare® Premium Elastic met anatomische pasvorm comfortabel om te dragen: de elastische zijkanten vormen zich perfect naar het lichaam, ook bij beweging. Vermindert de werkbelasting voor de verzorgende dankzij een tijdsbesparing van ongeveer 20%, omdat er minder stappen nodig zijn: 4 in plaats van 8.
De MoliCare® Premium Elastic biedt een unieke vorm van huidbescherming bij incontinentie. De natuurlijke, beschermende zuurmantel van de huid (pH 5,5) blijft in stand, waardoor minder snel huidirritatie en bacteriegroei ontstaan. In de bovenste laag van het absorberend kussen wordt gebruik gemaakt van de ‘Curly Fibre’, een speciaal ontwikkelde, spiraalvormige cellulosevezel. De ‘Curly Fibre’ creëert een zuur milieu aan de oppervlakte en zorgt voor een optimale verdeling van de urine in de absorberende kern. Bij het nat worden behoudt deze ‘Curly Fibre’ zijn structuur en laat de vloeistof circuleren. De ‘Curly Fibre’ absorbeert de vloeistof niet, waardoor de oppervlakte van het incontinentiemateriaal droog blijft. De vloeistof wordt onmiddellijk verdeeld naar het binnenste gedeelte van het absorberend kussen waar ze vastgehouden wordt. Bovendien garandeert het een droog gevoel door een krachtige en snelle absorptie en bescherming tegen lekkages, en worden onaangename geuren geneutraliseerd.

Gebruik
Incontinentieslip bij zeer zware urine- en/of fecale incontinentie. Geschikt voor zowel mobiele, bedlegerige alsook onrustige personen.
Aanwijzigingen voor gebruik
Bij liggende patienten Bepaal de juiste maat Vouw de slip uit zodat hij in de lengte ligt Leg de patient op de zij Breng de slip aan tussen de benen en vouw goed om de bovenste heup. Draai de patient op de rug en bevestig de andere zijde met de plakstrip. Staande patient: Kies de juiste maat slip. Vouw de slip uit en breng in de lengte tussen de benen. Doe de achterkant goed op de rug en bevestig de zijkanten met de plakstrip.

Colloidal is good

no substitute for Aveeno
Pros: There's no smell (yay--I don't get why folks say it smells like oatmeal; it doesn't, it just smells like it doesn't have perfume added), and it spreads well. BUT: it's too thin and doesn't last well enough. Had my first eczema flair in years while using this. I'm going back to Aveeno fragrance-free. At least I tried.

its ok
its ok, has a lot of chemicals in it, but not 2% of colloidal oatmeal which is recommended for an eczema lotion. i like this brand because its cruelty free but this is not great for eczema. i actually like that it is not thick, but it doesnt calm my dry itchy skin very much.

It’s a great all-round lotion, it does what it says it does.
It is one of the lightest moisturizers I’ve used, perfect for whole body. Though, naturally, using more makes it more moisturizing, and it does have a big pump. It spreads and absorbs well. It is not sticky, but silky. It calms itchy, irritated skin. It’s pH-balanced. It has very nice ingredients. It has a lot of nutrients skin needs. It is fragrance-free, though the aromatic alcohol preservatives impart a slight rose-almond odor. It’s a good price. It’s a nice bottle and pump. However, it would be nice if it were more reliably and widely available.
