Je kunt kiezen tussen één van de acht Bratz Ponyz en met deze het spel spelen. Tijdens het spelen kun je ook nog wisselen tussen de Ponyz. Om je Ponyz zo mooi mogelijk te houden moet je hun haar verzorgen, de make-up doen, sierraden en accessoires uitkiezen en kun je zelfs een tatoeage laten zetten. In Ponyz Town kun je naar hartelust winkelen en alles verzamelen wat met mode te maken heeft. Via de draadloze Wi-Fi verbinding kun je je Ponyz met je vrienden vergelijken en voorwerpen ruilen.
