Inhoud van deze online training over veerkracht

Welkom

Na een korte introductie ontdek je hoe je het meeste uit de training haalt en maak je kennis met de experts van deze training: psycholoog-psychotherapeut Carien Karsten, psycholoog Thijs Launspach en hoogleraar Madelon Peters.

Wat is veerkracht?

In deze sessie vertelt psycholoog Carien Karsten wat veerkracht is en hoe je het kunt vergroten. Ook ontdek je hoe je gewend bent te reageren op tegenslagen – en hoe het anders kan.

Stressmanagement

Tegenslagen gaan gepaard met stress, en stress maakt ons gevoeliger voor tegenslag. Hoe doorbreek je die vicieuze cirkel? Wanneer heb je te veel stress, en hoe kun je dat vanaf nu voor zijn? Psycholoog Thijs Launspach legt het je uit.

Controle en acceptatie

In deze sessie leer je hoe je met een andere, meer accepterende mindset naar het leven kunt kijken. Zo komen onverwachte gebeurtenissen minder hard aan en lukt het je beter om stevig in je schoenen te staan.

Positief zelfbeeld
