De elementbody’s van de 2-cyferige Ortofon OM-elementen zijn technisch identiek. De weergavekwaliteit kan dus eenvoudig worden verbetert of verminderd door een betere of minder goede naald !

Voor deze elementserie zijn de volgende covernaalden leverbaar: Een Zwitserse Stylus-10 cover-naald (wel minder goed presterende dan de originele geslepen Ortofon Stylus10) onder nummer 416371 én een door de Japanse Top-fabrikant Jico gemaakte universele OM-Shibata geslepen diamantnaald onder nummer 426469.

Verder zijn er uiteraard de originele Ortofon naalden: de originele elliptisch geslepen Stylus10 onder nummer 401276, de laag-compliante (voor zwaardere tone-armen) elliptisch geslepen Stylus14 onder nummer 401336, de elliptisch geslepen “Naked Diamond” Stylus20 onder nummer 401253, de Fine-Line (Shibata-like) “Naked Diamond” Stylus30 onder nummer 401255 en de absolute top-uitvoering Stylus40 voorzien van één van de allerbeste naaldtips ter wereld: De "Fritz Gyger FG70 Naked Diamond naald”, onder nummer 401628.

Tenslotte zijn er ook nog 2 speciale 78-toeren naalden leverbaar voor deze elementen, een Zwitserse 78rpm coverversie onder nummer 431558 en de originele 78rpm geslepen diamant uitvoering onder nummer 401558.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Bought 3 year warranty for new Dyson vacuum for $76. On day 2 the battery for vacuum would not lock into place. In order to have a functioning vacuum as quickly as possible, I purchased a second battery from Amazon. That resolved the problem, proving the battery was the problem, not the vacuum. I filed a claim with Assurion, which included sending photos, receipts, etc. The claim was still "processing" for a week. I got on a chat with Assurion, and for nearly an hour I tried to explain why it was unnecessary for me to return the whole vacuum. I asked for a supervisor, but they advised me to call because no supervisor was available. I called, and after finally getting through the computer system, I got the same run around. Finally a supervisor came on the line to tell me that this was actually an Amazon or a Dyson problem, and that I would need to return the entire vacuum. Also they would not "reimburse" for the battery I purchased. I never wanted reimbursement, I only wanted a functional battery - which is what I paid for. The supervisor told me I could "contact" Amazon. Everyone knows there is no human to contact at Amazon. You can keep the product, or you can return the product. As previously stated, I do not want to return the vacuum. Finally, the supervisor connected my call to Dyson. They refused to help me because I purchased the vacuum through Amazon. After two wasted hours, I ended up just where I suspected I would...without any help at all. I am going to try to "return" the useless Assurion warranty.
