The Kepma F0-B and F0E-B Grand Auditorium guitars are the most affordable in the Solid Top Series. They are priced so anyone can afford a super high-quality guitar with exceptional tonal characteristics, plus with the addition of the AcoustiFexy K-10 Pro Pickup, Preamp &FX system, you'll experience a level of sound and inspiration that's completely alone in its class. Unbelievable value! However, other than price/value, there are quite a few innovations that separate these guitars from their competitors. Kepma is a technology focused company with the goal of combining science and art to produce some of the best instruments in the world. Judge for yourself: ‚ The top: F0-B and F0E-B Grand Auditorium guitars feature a torrefied solid top. The proprietary Kepma Torrefication Process uses a combination of controlled heat and humidity over a period of time to draw the moisture, oils and sap from the cellular structures in the wood to the surface, which is then sanded off. This process adds additional strength and stability to the tops while making them less reactive to atmospheric condition changes. Every solid Kepma top goes through this highly controlled process and it yields tops that react better to string vibration, are livelier and definitely more stable. ‚ New 4-Point Bolt-on Neck Joint: Kepma's new bolt-on neck joint is an industry first at this level. It provides stability like no other joint, plus it allows for precise and infinite adjustment should it be needed. Plus, with this design there's no pooling of guitar finish at the point of contact making future adjustment and maintenance a breeze! ‚ Ultra-thin Water-Based Finish: the precise application of the finish on a guitar is critical for both protection AND tonal properties and projection. Kepma's ultra-thin (0.042mm) water-based finish is not only environmentally friendly and durable, but also boasts exceptional gloss and hardness. When applied in an ultra-even thin layer, it virtually does not interfere with the guitar's vibration transmission, ensuring a purer, more natural sound that perfectly showcases the wood's natural tonal beauty. ‚ AcoustiFexy K10 Pro System: the Newly Upgraded AcoustiFexy K10 Pro System features an enhanced vibration pickup system, built-in Reverb, Delay &Chorus, plus bluetooth audio streaming and a companion app. You can connect your guitar to any Bluetooth source and play music or backing tracks through the guitar, both unplugged and when plugged into an amp or mixing console. Plus, the OTG interface lets you hook up to the app to enable the looping function and rhythm section for composing on the fly and improv &practice. Additionally, built-in features such as a metronome, tuner, and drum machine make practice more engaging and efficient, elevating your overall guitar learning experience. ‚ C" Shaped Fast Neck: this FAST neck design offers a smooth, natural feel that reduces hand fatigue and enhances playing fluidity, allowing players to effortlessly master various playing styles. Even during fast playing, it maintains a comfortable grip and with the satin finish coating on the back of the neck, fast playing is a a breeze! ‚ ‚ BODY Body Style: Grand Auditorium with cutaway Top: HTT Solid North American A Sitka Spruce HTT treatment: High Temperature Torrefied top = increased strength + stability Back &Sides: Indian Mahogany Finish: Matte Top, Back &Sides Bracing: X Sound hole Rosette: ABS Binding: ABS Bridge: Rosewood Bridge pins: ABS Saddle: Bone, Triple compensated Pickguard: ABS ‚ NECK Neck: African Mahogany Thickness: 21.1 mm - 22.6 mm (1st Fret - 9th Fret) Width at Nut: 43 mm / 1.7" Neck Finish: Smooth Satin Neck Binding: ABS Truss Rod: Bidirectional Nut: Bone, 43mm x 6mm Fretboard: Rosewood, 400 mm radius Fretboard Inlay: Acrylic Dot Inlay Number of Frets: 20 Scale Length: 647.25 mm / 25.48" ‚ OTHER Strings: Kepma Custom 012-053 phosphorus copper, coated Tuning Machines: Kepma sealed die-cast 18:1 Electronics (F0E-B model only): Kepma AcoustiFexy K-10 Pro Preamp Piezo pickup Power On/Off Multi-function indicator (green: ON / yellow: Battery Low) Volume control Tone control Reverb selection (Room/Hall) &level Delay or Chorus effect selection &level USB charging port/OTG Audio streaming via Bluetooth Kepma Padded Guitar Bag included"

Scott Snyder and Co. knock it out of the park
Going into this book, I was pretty apprehensive. I knew that it was a story that came as a direct of result of Grant Morrison's trainwreck of an arch that included Batman RIP and I knew that it had Dick Grayson as Batman instead of actual Batman Bruce Wayne. So the build up was awful, but man, if this isn't one of the finest Batman stories ever penned. Fair warning: this thing is BLEAK. Possibly the darkest Batman story I've ever read. The oppressive atmosphere is captured beautifully in the artwork (alternately Jock and Francavilla). It contains easily the most disturbing panel ever in a Batman comic and I'm honestly hard pressed to think of another one, period. In short, the artwork is spectacular and is the worth the price of admission alone. However, it's the writing that will have you hooked from page one. When I first received this in the mail, I casually picked it up, expecting to flip through and read it later. As soon as I started the first page, though, I couldn't put it down until it was done. The whole thing is just so spectacular. My misgivings about Dick Grayson as Batman completely evaporated when I got further in. Dick Grayson makes an excellent Batman, and what's more, it feels like Dick Grayson being Batman is actually essential to the story. This isn't an instance where it could have just as easily been Bruce Wayne in the cowl, it HAS to be Dick Grayson. Not only does Dick Grayson get a chance to out-Batman even Bruce Wayne, it could very well be the best James Gordon story ever written. Him struggling with his son's problems (I don't want to delve too much into the plot for fear of spoilers) can at times be genuinely heartbreaking, and adds a lot of depth to a character that's more often that not portrayed as Batman's errand boy (even more so than Robin, sometimes). So basically I was going into this expecting a good, not great, story to tide me over until the new Scott Snyder Batman New 52 trade comes out, and instead got what is easily one of the finest Batman stories ever written. I will never doubt Scott Snyder (or Dick Grayson) ever again.
