Middels de Pixel Timer Afstandsbediening Draadloos TW-283/DC2 kunt u uw Nikon-camera draadloos ontspannen, tot een afstand van meer dan 80 meter. Zo hoeft u dus niet langer de ontspanner van uw camera aan te raken of zelfs in de buurt te zijn van uw camera!

Deze multifunctionele set ondersteunt vijf verschillende modi. Zo kunt u uw camera op afstand bedienen voor een enkele foto ( Single shooting ) of een reeks foto's maken binnen 1 seconde ( Continuous shooting ). Daarnaast biedt de TW-283/DC2 de optie BULB-shooting , waarbij je de sluiter ongelimiteerd kunt openen. Mits uw camera lange sluitertijdfotografie ondersteunt, heeft u daarmee de mogelijkheid om de knop van de afstandsbediening te houden, zodat de sluiter zich opent. Wanneer u de knop loslaat zal de sluiter weer sluiten. Ook kunt u een timer instellen. Bij deze modus ( Delay shooting ) kunt u de timer instellen tussen 1 en 59 seconden, waarbij u ook het aantal foto's (1 tot 59 foto's) kunt bepalen. Uiteindelijk kunt u een tijdsplan ( Timer Schedule Shooting ) opstellen, tot een maximum van 99 uur, 59 minuten en 59 seconden. Hierbij kunt u het aantal foto's nemen ook vrij instellen tussen 1-99, 1-999 of oneindig.

De set bestaat uit de zender TW-283TX en ontvanger TW-283RX. De zender heeft een prettige grip en beschikt over een LCD-scherm. Deze geeft het kanaal, de batterijstatus en gekozen modus weer. De zender stuurt een signaal met een 2,4 GHz frequentie, op maximaal 30 verschillende kanalen. De maximale standby-tijd bedraagt ​​1.000 uur voor de zender en 400 uur voor de ontvanger. Zowel de zender als de ontvanger werken op twee AAA-batterijen (niet inbegrepen). De ontvanger beschikt over een hotshoe-adapter met 1/4" vrouwelijke schroef. Hierdoor kunt u deze niet alleen op uw Nikon-camera bevestigen, maar ook op een statief plaatsen (zie vergelijkbare accessoires).

Birds seem to love it!

I grew up using homemade hummingbird food dyed a bright red color with koolaid or food dye. But for the first time in my adult life, I'm somewhere that has a lot of hummingbirds and I wanted to provide them with the best juice possible. I decided on this juice because I like that it has hummingbird friendly electrolytes and is in a concentrate so I can make my own preferred dilution. I am in a very hot desert climate so I've been doing a 1-3/3.5 ratio to help keep them extra hydrated and the hummingbirds and bees are loving it. We have four feeders. Two closer to the ground and two on our second floor balcony. The birds and bees have been visiting all four regularly and our cats are loving the show. I swear my youngest cat gets most excited about the bees. I know the bees are seen as problematic for most but the birds don't seem to mind them sharing a few feeding holes and we don't mind feeding the bees too. The bees are probably more important for our ecosystem than the birds anyway. I took away one star because the seals on the bottles aren't very strong and both had leaked during transit, one was very messy and crusted with dried sugar. Since these are technically supposed to be refrigerated after opening I probably should have returned them but upon reading the ingredients, I don't see a reason that they would have gone bad without showing obvious signs of spoilage. It's basically gatorade for birds. I even took a sip to see if I died. I was fine so figured it's fine for the birds too. If the next order is also leaking I'll consider going elsewhere but for now we have happy birds, bees and cats.
