De Makita DFR552ZJ is een krachtige 18V schroefautomaat, ontworpen voor plasticgebonden schroeven van 25 tot 55mm. Met een lager toerental van 4500 tpm en een hoger koppel dan de DFR551, is deze machine ook geschikt voor het bevestigen van hout op hout. Dankzij de Push Drive Technology start de motor alleen bij contact, wat zorgt voor stiller en energiezuiniger werken. Het eenvoudig afneembare neusstuk maakt het vervangen van de bit en het verhelpen van storingen gemakkelijk, zonder het schroeflint te verwijderen.
