Dagelijks, ‘s morgens en/ of ‘s avonds na het reinigen een kleine hoeveelheid op de oog- en lippenzone aanbrengen en zachtjes in de huid kloppen. Contact met de wimpers voorkomen, daarna een passende verzorgingscrème aanbrengen.

This pillow — after dialing in the right amount of shredded foam — has greatly helped my sore neck. Initially, I had to remove some foam.
