Waarom een matcha klopper gebruiken?
Matcha is een poederthee en lost niet vanzelf op in water. Door te kloppen met een traditionele bamboe klopper ontstaat er een gelijkmatige, luchtige emulsie, zonder klontjes. Dit verbetert niet alleen de smaak en textuur, maar zorgt ook voor de kenmerkende schuimlaag die matcha zo uniek maakt.

Gebruik en onderhoud
Voor gebruik: dompel de klopper kort in warm water om de haren zachter en flexibeler te maken.
Na gebruik: spoel voorzichtig af met lauw water, zonder zeep.
