Vinificatie:
Het duurde ruim tien jaar alvorens men 100% tevreden was over het bereikte resultaat. Een rosé maken kan in de Champagnestreek op twee manieren. Door toevoeging van rode wijn (Pinot Noir afkomstig uit hetzelfde gebied), of door schilcontact. Bollinger koos uiteindelijk voor de eerste optie. Uit de eigen Grand Cru wijngaard in Aÿ, genaamd La Côte aux Enfants, selecteert men geheel met de hand de pinot noir druiven. Deze druiven worden na aankomst bij Champagne Bollinger voorzichtig geperst en apart opgevoed op oude houten vaten. Als de wijn volledig is vergist en gefilterd wordt deze gebruikt om de Special Cuvée Brut te transformeren naar een rosé.

Nice, mid-length trench coat for style and comfort...

It’s ok

This jacket is OK. I bought it for my boyfriend because I really like the coat collar but once it got here. The front fits well but I think the back needs a little more tailoring because it kind of sticks out but he really liked it. He said he could put a heavy sweater up under it. That way he can get more ware out of it. It’s OK.
