Het bovenwerk van de sneaker is gemaakt van hoogwaardig groen leer, geïnspireerd door Abloh's voorliefde voor opvallende, gedurfde kleuren. De zilveren metallic Swoosh, bevestigd met grove stiksels, biedt een sterk contrast tegen de levendige groene basis. Andere kenmerkende OFF-White-details zijn de industriële tekst op de zijkant, een verwijzing naar het adres van Nike's hoofdkwartier in Oregon, en de iconische zip-tie in helder wit.
