Deze nieuwe generatie keramische braadpannen combineert veelzijdigheid met uitzonderlijke prestaties, een verfijnd design en een verrassend licht gewicht. Daardoor is de pan prettig in gebruik voor koks van ieder niveau, van beginnende thuiskok tot ervaren chef. De pan is aanzienlijk lichter dan traditionele keramische of gietijzeren braadpannen en is tot in de kleinste details ontworpen voor een optimale kookervaring.

Dankzij de vernieuwde, inductiegeschikte bodem is de Sublime+ braadpan geschikt voor alle kookplaten, waaronder inductie, gas en elektrisch. Daarnaast kan de pan zonder problemen in de oven en zelfs op de barbecue worden gebruikt. Door de snelle warmte reactie en gelijkmatige warmteverdeling bereikt de pan snel hoge temperaturen, wat hem ideaal maakt voor aanbraden, sauteren en langzaam garen.

De zachte rondingen en elegante vorm zorgen niet alleen voor gebruiksgemak tijdens het koken, maar maken de pan ook perfect om gerechten direct op tafel te serveren. De binnenkant is voorzien van een natuurlijk, zuur duurzaam glazuur met een anti-aanbaklaag. De Sublime+ braadpan wordt met de hand gemaakt in Frankrijk van natuurlijke klei. De pan is eenvoudig schoon te maken, vaatwasserbestendig en ontworpen om jarenlang mee te gaan. Zo helpt hij bij het creëren van heerlijke maaltijden én mooie momenten rond de tafel. De bobbels aan de binnenzijde van de deksel creëren een zelfbedruipend effect, waardoor condens gelijkmatig over het gerecht wordt verdeeld.
