Glowing in the sunshine with a rich pink hue, it’s a milestone for us—the first fully estate-grown Vinteloper wine since the 2019/2020 Cudlee Creek fires. Aromas of fresh tropical fruit, white peach, mango, and a whisper of white pepper draw you in, while the palate layers honeydew melon, crisp apple, and green papaya. A lively citrus zing and a hint of textural creaminess give it vibrancy, finishing fresh, thrilling, and utterly satisfying.

Crafted from 90% Shiraz and 10% Pinot Noir, this rosé blends innovation with estate-grown precision. The Shiraz grapes were carefully managed for early harvest to preserve freshness, crisp acidity, and moderate alcohol, then vinified like a white wine for complex dry rosé character. The Pinot Noir portion is made using the Saignée method (“to bleed”), adding depth and intrigue while concentrating flavors. Bottled May 2024 at 12.4% alc/vol, this wine celebrates both the vineyard’s resilience and a love for approachable, food-friendly rosé.
