Il sorso è rotondo e complesso, corposo ma di ottima beva. Ottima anche la persistenza.Prodotto per la prima volta nel 1964, il Veronese Rosso IGT “Campofiorin”, etichettato Masi, festeggia più di 60 anni, risultando a oggi uno dei vini più classici della tradizione della Valpolicella e dell’Italia enologica in genere. Eclettico e versatile, incontra numerosi abbinamenti gastronomici. Riposa almeno 18 mesi in botti di rovere di Allier e Slavonia. Semplice e aggraziato, ma maestoso e forte nel contempo: rappresenta una garanzia sotto tutti i punti di vista.
Ideale da sorseggiare anche a tutto pasto, è perfetto con la grigliata mista di carne.
