Rubino profondo nel calice. In olfazione i profumi di ribes nero e mirtillo si fondono alle note floreali e delicatamente speziate. Assaggio elegante, sorretto da una piacevole acidità che al il sapore dei piccoli frutti selvatici.Il Salice Salentino DOP 2020 è prodotto con una prevalenza di uve negroamaro unite ad una piccola percentuale di malvasia nera. I grappoli sono raccolti a mano nei vigneti di proprietà e una volta in cantina è svolta la fermentazione in acciaio senza pressatura degli acini. Segue l’affinamento per circa un 80% parte del vino in acciaio e per il restante in tonneaux da 500 litri. Rosso identitario, intenso e squisitamente succoso.
Da abbinare ai primi e secondi della cucina di terra, come le lasagne al ragù e la pancetta ripiena in salsa.
