We have simplified the process of finding the right growing products for each strain of mushroom we sell. All live culture syringes will come with either a clear/white or black screw-on syringe tip cover:
- Use BLACK GOLD GROW BLOCK or BLACK GOLD SUBSTRATE for all black-tipped syringes. All “BLACK GOLD” products are designed for compost and dung-loving mushroom varieties. “BLACK GOLD” products will come in black packaging and will be clearly labeled for use with black-tipped syringe specimens.
- Use FOREST GOLD GROW BLOCK or FOREST GOLD HARDWOOD SUBSTRATE for all clear/white-tipped syringes. All “FOREST GOLD” products are designed for hardwood-loving mushroom varieties. “FOREST GOLD” products will come in white packaging and will be clearly labeled for use with clear/white-tipped syringe specimens.
