Made of steel that is laser cut, formed and welded to provide a strong foundation to secure the spare tire or items you want to strap on top. The lower bed portion is now closed off to provide a secure area to keep items in the bed and from falling out. The space under the tire carrier is tall enough to fit most 12V electric coolers.
