So I did, I consciously gave people that genuine loving me & that's all, not too much & not too little, the intention was the driving force & thats when it hit me...I am the gift when I am genuinely just wanting to give of myself. By wanting to be a gift to them, I naturally become a gift. A gift to people & to the moment that I am in, I'm presenting my presence as a gift to the present and to others presence. How sweet. This is magic on earth.

These pills are actual magic. It’s not a placebo. I genuinely feel so much more calm and relaxed when I take one of these. It takes about 30 minutes to kick in, and I immediately feel my anxiety ease away. I usually take them on a stressful day or when I feel uneasy. They don’t upset your stomach, but you will be burping the smell of lavender.

For Anxiety and Sleep

they're decent supplements

my psychiatrist recommended these to me to help with my stress & anxiety induced insomnia but so far they don't really help a whole lot aside from making me a bit sleepy. it wore off pretty quickly the first few nights but overall i'd say they're pretty decent, just a bit on the spendy side to be getting regularly. they do cause some burping, though i expected that much going off of the reviews and it was only the first night i tried them.
