Each batch is a single cask and is hand bottled and numbered in keeping with the Distillery's small batch tradition. The average age of this product is 7 to 10 years.
Nose - Bursting with rich vanilla caramel, chocolate, honey, hazelnut and almonds
Palate - Intense mouth warming, lovely richness with vanilla, ovaltine, sweet digestive biscuits with spicy banana bread
Finish - Very strong and sweet, yet rich with a well-balanced dry oaky finish
