How Do I use the Hotties Footwarmer?
The thermal hotties pack is removable from inside the footwarmer. Simply put this in your microwave for a few minutes and then insert it into the cover. Put your feet into the warmer and let the glorious heat envelop them for up to four hours.
How Long Should I Heat My Hottie For?
The length of time you should heat your Hottie for depends on whether it has been recently heated. As it is better to heat them from cold, many people have two Hotties inserts and alternate their use. Click on the table below to see a larger image.

How Does the Hottie Work?
Hotties are thermal heat packs containing plant based material and water, which warms up when microwaved. As there are no water currents within the heat pack the transfer of energy from the centre of the pack to the outside takes longer, meaning it stays warmer for longer.

Is the Hottie Safe to Use?
Yes, the Hottie is much safer than similar products. As Hottie contains no gels or seeds it will not explode or burst violently if over heated. The Replacement Packs are designed for use with Hottie branded covers or hot water bottle covers and should not be used on their own as this can lead to injury and burns.
Who Can Safely Use the Footwarmer?
Most people can safely use the Hotties Footwarmer, however if you suffer from Diabetes or are otherwise insensitive to heat then consult a doctor before use.
