This vintage was aged in a single oak puncheon for six months before release.
Bright acidity, savoury fruit with juicy tannins. The vibe of this vintage is summer cherry pie, with a dusting of baking spice. Incredibly easy drinking—like if Beaujolais Nouveau was made with cherries instead of grapes.
