The Pad-Pak 04 is for use on children from 1 – 8 years of age (under 25kg). The innovated PAD-Pak for the HeartSine is an integrated battery and electrode single use-cartridge with one expiration date, offers simple maintenance change every four years.
The HeartSine built-in intelligence and unique paediatric-pak ensure appropriate energy level is delivered in children, between 1-8 years of age or up to 25kg.
Pads are placed on the front and back of the casualty. Please note that while the Pad-Pak-04 is inserted, the feedback by blood flow through the heart is intentionally disabled due to the difference in a child’s physique.
