2. Choose Your Preferred Embroidery Location: Select your preferred Embroidery Location from the drop-down menu.

3. Specify Thread Colour, Artwork Style # and Text: Type in your preferred Thread Colour, Artwork Style # and provide the text exactly as you want it to appear based on the artwork templates. You can include additional instructions in ( ) brackets if needed.

We send out your order when all items are ready. The delivery time varies based on your chosen shipping options and location. After shipping, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. If there are no scans in the first 24 hours, don't worry—sometimes the system takes a day or so to catch up.

Our carriers estimate delivery times:
