Pouring through a box of perspective submissions sent in from people all over America, she opens a letter from a young boy (Luke Roessler) promising that his family's tree is perfect to be a Radcliffe's tree. The enclosed photo is exactly what she is looking for, but with no contact information, she quickly heads to the small town to try and locate the boy's family.
Once there, she learns that his dad (Marc Blucas) isn't willing to part with the tree and she tries her best to get him to change his mind.
The film also features Fiona Vroom, Greg Rogers, Erin Boyes and Crystal Balint .
