A modern revival of a historic recipe from Pernod, bringing absinthe back to its traditional roots after the category’s long hiatus. Produced in France using classic botanicals, it’s built around grand wormwood, anise, and fennel, with additional herbs layered in for complexity.

The aromatics are bold and unmistakable—licorice, fresh herbs, and a cooling, slightly minty lift. When diluted with water, it develops the signature louche, turning cloudy as the oils release. On the palate, it’s structured and herbal, with pronounced anise, bitter wormwood, and a clean, refreshing finish.
