Appearance
Light to medium straw with a light green edge. A very fine and persistent bead.
Bouquet
Lifted nuances of honey, fresh brioche seamlessly graced by grapefruit pith, oyster shell and hints of gunflint.
Palate
An intriguingly complex palate with flavours reminiscent of honey cake, lemon meringue and sautéed mushroom. This wine has great minerality, viscosity and maturity of character. The very low dosage sits beautifully with the acidity and fine tannin from the initial inclusion of oak.

Tasmania; Derwent Valley, East Coast and Coal River Valley.
