DIN Metric Tube Fittings are compression-style, flareless bite-type fittings (DIN 2353 / ISO 8434-1 compliant) composed of a body, ferrule, and nut . The ferrule's cutting edges bite into the tubing to ensure high holding and sealing power against high operating pressures and extreme vibration. Made typically from carbon steel with trivalent chromium zinc plating (SAE 070220 compliant), these fittings are known for their ease of installation and corrosion resistance.
