Hibi¨ Liquid Hand Rub+ is an effective hand disinfectant for surgeons, healthcare professionals, patients and hospital visitors, and plays a vital role in helping to reduce the level of micro-organisms that can lead to hospital-acquired infection (HAIs).
It contains chlorhexidine gluconate, which binds to the skin to form an antimicrobial barrier that will keep killing bacteria for six hours after application, making it significantly more effective than using an alcohol-only product 12.
Hibi Liquid Hand Rub+ is extremely effective against clinically relevant, multi-antibiotic-resistant MRSA strains (including VISA and VRSA), killing 99.999% of bacteria in just 15 seconds 3. It is also effective against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, yeast, fungi and viruses 4.
